Kollide websiteWe teamed up with KOLLIDE , who won two NFL grants through the NFL Helmet Challenge, to design our own 3D printed liners. The liners use geometric shapes to attenuate both lighter and heavier impacts, and can be tailored to specifically protect the player based on position-specific impacts.

The Apache helmet’s revolutionary design relies on cutting-edge 3D printing. This precise method allows us to design a helmet in just one or two components. By reducing weight and improving structural integrity, we reduce the number of parts needed to build. Each helmet is made using a custom TPU material designed to absorb impacts, maintain flexibility, and return to its original state.
